Chrysalis 2.0 by UncoverU is a series of unique “learn by discovery” workshops for adults (18+). These workshops are designed to promote participant’s confidence, self-discovery, and expression. Chrysalis 2.0 calls us to courageously examine our ways of being and acting in an environment that allows for effortless self-discovery of what is in the way of each of us living our best lives while being of service to our families, friends, communities, and the world at large.  Allowing for the expansion of self to enhance the experience of peace and joy. 

All UncoverU programs incorporate a multi-model approach, infusing various forms of the arts for self-expression, including acting techniques, dance, music, painting, writing & digital expressions amongst others.
